TERMS OF SERVICES

All answers to any specific questions regarding commission can be found here. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of services below.

 

I. GENERAL

 

o I have the right to refuse any commission I do not want to do / cannot do.

o I will begin working on the commission if client paid 50% of the total price.

o I have the artistic freedom to draw in my style. My art style may not be compatible to my client’s request but I will do my best to satisfy my client’s needs.

o Please do not ask me to draw artwork in another artist’s style.

o Please provide clear, visual references. They can be from Google, Pinterest, Reddit, etc. Stickman figures will do provided that all the necessary details are there. I do not accept just a block of texts whether they are descriptive enough or not.

o Commissions are digital only. I won’t print and ship the completed work. HD version will be provided through email. This consist two png files: watermarked version and unwatermarked.

o All commissions are done with A4 canvas size with 300 DPI. The final piece will be sent with low resolution at first. After full payment, I will send the file through GMAIL for the client to claim the full resolution version.

o If client wishes to change the default canvas size / file type, kindly inform the artist. There will be no additional payment.

o Explicit Nudity

o Explicit Gore / Violence

o Mech / Armory / Scifi

o Furry

o Realism / Hyper-realism

o w/ Complex Background

o Could be anything that I’m not comfortable drawing.

II. PAYMENT

o All prices are in USD

o Locals can directly convert USD to PHP

o Prices are per character.

o Payment can be taken upfront or partially through PAYPAL Invoice or G-CASH if you are local.

o PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT BEFORE I accept your commission idea and send you a Paypal invoice.

 

III. PROCESS

 

A. COMMISSION PROCESS

 

o “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS”.

o Access on my __Trello__ is here if you want to check the status of your commission.

o Depending on the amount of commissions I have to do and other factors such as my health, family, living conditions, and complexity of your commission, it will take time.

o I will update you within these stages: Sketch, Final Render, Minor Revisions.

o Your commission will be sent as a full resolution digital file through GMAIL.

 

B. REVISIONS

 

o I will do everything I can to meet my client’s expectation. This also means I will do revision within reason.

o However, minor mistakes such as small color changes, missing accessories, and background elements will be fixed with no charge.

o Major changes such as entire outfit, poses, full backgrounds, or big color changes will require a revision fee based on the time it takes for the revision to be made.

 

C. TIMEFRAME

 

o The time for your commission to be completed ranges from 1-2 weeks depending on many factors that was mentioned from the commission process section.

o If you have more than one character or a complicated commission, the time for completion may take longer.

o Please do not rush me to finish your commission. I do not accept rush fee.

 

IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

 

A. NON COMMERCIAL

 

I, the artist, hold every right to the artwork commissioned, not the commissioner.

As an artist, I have the right to:

- Promote myself using the artwork commissioned in any place or site.

- Post the artwork commissioned in my social media accounts.

- Post these works as part of my public portfolio if I choose to do so.

 

The commissioner(s) is allowed to:

- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

- Print the art for personal use and claim the right to their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

- Use the artwork commissioned to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

- Repost the said commission only if I am properly credited.

 

The commissioner(s) is not allowed to:

- Reproduce / use the artwork commissioned commercially.

- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

- Removing any watermarks / signatures.

- Altering the artwork without my, the artist, consent.
